The construction industry is at the heart of KO PLANT. Each of our trainers truly holds a passion for the industry being passed through the generations. The “Ostler Grandfather” Dennis held such a passion for plant machines throughout his life that the love of the industry was passed to his son and Grandchildren resulting in the formation of KO PLANT Construction Training. This really is a family business inspired through generations and realised in 2018.
KO PLANT specialise in onsite training providing a wealth of knowledge within the construction industry. If onsite training is not suitable training can be conducted at our training centre in Blandford or Eastleigh (course dependant)
We are a certified ATO accredited by NPORS, NOCN, EUSR and CABWI delivering expertise and knowledge to the best standard possible.
Our passion is to deliver quality and affordable Training, Testing and Assessment. This derives from our personal experience of being in the trade and dealing with the demand to upskill an improve your competence. Here at KO PLANT, we can make this a reality.

Meet Our Trainers
Kevin Ostler
Kevin is our founder and has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Initially Kevin started his construction career as a 360 operator, gaining extensive experience and knowledge of plant. Kevin’s love for Plant encouraged his desire to help others within the industry, by teaching operatives the skills required to obtain the relevant qualifications. Kevin truly loves this career and industry, and his passion shows through all of his training.
Jordon Ostler
Jordon started out his career as an apprentice in Engineering. In 2018 he decided to travel. Whilst in Australia he discovered he also shared a passion like Kevin for the construction industry, working as a plant marshal and plant operator. On his return he continued along this career path until 2022 when he joined the family business as an instructor. Jordon has continued to grow and develop in this role adding more areas of expertise. His firsthand experience within the industry and dedication to training has gone to assist KO PLANT in their ability to provide first class customer service and training.
Daniel Ostler
Daniel started out his career in the construction industry in 2010. He started out as a Groundworker with an enthusiasm for being a dumper and roller operator. Daniel is continually developing himself learning more about the construction industry in order to provide efficient, relatable, quality training.
